For 2026, SVIAC’s Board of Directors made the decision to reduce the price of an Individual Membership to $20! We are also offering, for the first time, both Spousal/Partner Memberships and Junior Memberships at no cost! This decision was made to generate a significant membership push in the face of regulatory threats to the sport fishery on our coast. To effectively represent the thousands of sportfishers of the South Island, we hope everyone will register as members, either as Individuals, partners to a member, or the youth who represent the future of sportfishing. SVIAC has also opted this year to use ZEFFY for membership purchases, through which an electronic membership card is generated. You can save that card to your device should you wish to use it to access member benefits at our supporting retailers.
